Temoprary problems with the website
As some of you may have noticed, the website has been hard to reach from time to time during the last week. We are working on this to find a sollution as soon as possible.
A new server is ordered to make sure that we will be able to handle everything. We are sorry about any trouble this may have caused, but hopefully everything will be back to normal again soon.
Create exercises and vocabulary lists:
You can create new exercises and vocabulary lists in two simple steps. It is possible to create "regular" vocabulary lists, multiple choices, gap exercises, etc. Glosboken supports all languages (including e.g. chinese, russian and arabic), which makes it possible to use no matter what language you want to learn.
Fetch pre-made exercises:
Our searchengine is really easy to use. By doing this, you can fetch other users exercises and vocabulary lists. For instance, if your teacher creates a vocabulary list for this week's vocabulary - Then it's really easy for all pupils in the class to fetch that exercise and use it to learn the vocabulary.
Learn your vocabulary:
Glosboken has a very user friendly exercise system, where the computer asks you questions based on the Flashcard theory. You will get an instant notification whether your response is correct or not, and in the end of the practise session the system will present an overview of your result. You can also change the settings for the practise session, to make the system meet your needs.
Print exercises and vocabulary lists:
Computers has their pros and cons. Sometimes you would prefer to learn your vocabulary the "old fashioned" way - Using regular paper. You might want to print a vocabulary list to bring on the bus on your way to school, or maybe you just want to take a break from the computer? This is why it is possible to print your vocabulary lists and exercises directly from Glosboken.
